Is a phone consultation required?
In most cases, yes. An introductory call is the best way for us to get to know you a bit and help us get the most complete picture of your travel ideas. These calls ensure your highest satisfaction.
Do you sell packages to clients outside of Florida?
Yes! We offer our services to clients throughout the U.S. However, as we are not licensed to sell travel in California, Hawaii, Iowa or Washington, we cannot accept clients from these states at this time.
Do you book flights?
In general, we do not book flights.
How much will my trip cost?
The final cost of a custom vacation package is dependent upon many factors - travel dates, length of trip, accommodation needs, level of activity, etc.
As a general guideline, we recommend a starting budget of $3000-4000/person for a 7 day itinerary, exclusive of airfare and meals.
Can you get me special discounts?
We recognize that even luxury travelers do not want to pay more than necessary, and we take care to offer competitive pricing on our travel packages. When a partner provider offers us a special price or extra service, we pass this along to our clients.
Our custom vacation packages are designed to provide superior experiences and service to our clients and thus priced as such when compared to many discount vacation offers. We are happy to review and compare any other packages that you may be considering.
I've already booked my flight and hotel. Can you help me arrange for tours and transportation?
Yes! We can organize a package of just tours and ground transportation. Please keep in mind we will be unable to assist with your hotel arrangements during your trip if you have booked them on your own.
Do you charge a fee?
We request a non-refundable planning deposit before we begin designing your itinerary. This fee is meant to cover any cost associated with the time spent creating your package, and it is credited toward the cost of your final package. Our overall compensation is included in your package cost and is in line with traditional travel agent commissions.
How long does the planning process take?
Once we begin creating your itinerary, we will have our first draft to you within 1 week. We allow unlimited revisions until you feel the package is perfect. We try to respond to all revision requests with 48 hours.
How does payment work?
We provide electronic invoices for all payments and we accept payment by credit card (fees may apply) or bank transfer. Our planning deposit is due up-front before we will begin working on your travel package. Generally, an additional deposit is due at the time your package is booked, and final payment is due within 90 days of travel. Specific deposit amounts and final payment terms vary by package and will be reviewed with you before travel services are booked.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our planning deposit is never refundable, and any non-refundable payments made to our suppliers for services booked on your behalf cannot be recovered. Specific cancellation terms for services included in your individual package will be provided to you in advance of booking.
In many cases, once you have paid our invoice for deposits and final payments, these payments are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, we work with our providers to recover costs wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee recovery of funds paid.
